GENPLEX™BKV Transplant Virus Qualitative Singleplex RTPCR Kit

GENPLEX™BKV Transplant Virus Qualitative Singleplex RTPCR Kit an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative and quantitative detection of BK viral DNA from BKV infected individual specimens using Real Time PCR System. In each test, two independent reactions are running in parallel, the first detects BKV in FAM/Green channel & second detects internal control reaction on Orange/Texas Red/ROX channel. GENPLEX™ Real-Time PCR Detection Kit primers and probes target the highly conserved regions of the BKV genome. This Kit can detect the presence of BKV at the level of 0.5 copies/μl (p = 0.05).
