GENPLEX™ NAAT(Hepatitis B,C &HIV1/2) Multiplex Pannel RTPCR Kit (RUO*) is Nucleic Acid Amplification Test for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B viral DNA, Hepatitis C viral RNA and Human Immunodeficiency type-1/type-2 viral RNA in human serum or plasma (EDTA) using Real Time PCR technique. TRUPCR® NAAT Kit (RUO) is an one step real time reverse transcription PCR assay in which RNA templates are first reverse transcribed to generate complementary cDNA strands followed by DNA polymerase-mediated cDNA amplification.

In this kit there are five independent reactions are running in parallel in each tube: the first detects HIV type1/type-2 viral targets in FAM/Green channel, second detects HCV viral targets in HEX/Yellow channel, third detects HBV viral targets in Orange/Tex Red/ROX channel and forth detects RnaseP gene as endogenous internal control in Red/Cye5 channel which allows excluding unreliable results.
