GENPLEX™ Hepatitis C Virus Quantitative Singleplex RTPCR Kit Load Kit is one step in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the quantitative detection of HCV viral RNA from HCV infected individual specimens using Real Time PCR System. In each test two independent reactions are running in parallel. The first detects HCV in FAM/Green channel & second detects endogenous internal control reaction on Texas red/ROX/Orange channel. The HCV Viral load assay is intended for use as an aid in the management of HCV-infected patients undergoing antiviral therapy.GENPLEX™ HCV Viral Load Kit primers and probes target the highly conserved regions of the HCV genome. GENPLEX™ demonstrated the ability to reproducibly detect the presence of HCV at the level of = 20 IU/ml.
