GENPLEX ™ Bacterial and Fungal Multiplex Panel RTPCR Kit

GENPLEX™Repiratory Bacterial/Fungal Multiplex Panel RTPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of following microorganisms from respiratory samples Bacterial/Fungal cultures using Real Time PCR method.

The human RNaseP gene serves as an internal positive control for human nucleic acid, also included in this kit. This Kit is based on amplification of conserved region of the microbial genome.

There is a multiplexing reactions running in parallel in each tubes to detect different targets with the help of four different dyes (FAM, Yellow/HEX/VIC, Orange/ROX/TEX Red & Red/Cy5).

Key Features:

Takes advantage of the “hot start” technology to minimizing non-specific reactions and assuring maximum sensitivity & specificity.
Endogenous control (RNase P gene detection) is included in this kit to keep a check on PCR as well as extraction.
Single step detection from RNA sample.
No cross- reactivity with other pathogenic virus, bacteria or fungi.
Easy work flow & compatible with various Real Time PCR instruments
